The word mark „Thom Elysian" is registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA, file number 30 2026 222445.8, application date 23.04.2026, classes 9 and 41, leading class 41). Until full registration, the trademark indicator ™ is used; afterwards ® will be used. Any use of the brand name „Thom Elysian" by third parties for their own commercial purposes (especially in music, live performances, recordings) without prior written consent is prohibited.
